1987- Manufactures first wire reinforced product (CVD)

1991 - Flexible Technologies is acquired by Smiths Group, plc.
1991 - Duravent Expands Plymouth facility by 10,000 Sq. feet
1992 - Duravent consolidates Louisiana and New York facilities to Plymouth, IN
1994 - Duravent is acquired by Flexible Technologies, a subsidiary of Smiths Group, plc.

1991- Hi-Tech Hose relocates to Newburyport, Massachusetts
1993- Hi-Tech Hose recognized as #239 on Fortune 500 fastest growing companies
1994- Introduction of all plastic hose line
1995- Company expands manufacturing space by 15,000 square feet

1997- Hi-Tech Hose enters the medical market
1998- Hi-Tech Hose becomes part of United Industries
1999- Introduction of RFH Plus product line

2000 - Company moves to 60,000 square foot plant in Georgetown, Massachusetts
2001- New UFD-AP product line
2002- Introduction of new thin walled thermally bonded hose products (HT-162, UFD.020)
2002- Introduction of new EVA medical hose and PVC tubing products
2003 - Flexible Technologies acquires Federal Hose and consolidates the Plymouth, Indiana facility

2005 - Hi-Tech Duravent is formed as the leading manufacturer of Flexible Hose & Ducting!
